At Bilal Electric Store, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Returns Policy ensures a smooth and transparent process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or faulty at the time of delivery
• You received the wrong item compared to your order
• The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  
  

Note: Items like wiring, bulbs, or small electrical fittings may not be eligible for return once used or installed.

2. Return Timeframe

• Customers must request a return within 7 days of delivery.
• After 7 days, we may not be able to accept returns unless the product is proven defective under warranty.
  
  

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, or wallet).
• If you paid Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
  
  

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products that have been used, installed, or damaged by the customer
• Clearance sale or discounted items (unless faulty on arrival)
• Items without original packaging or accessories
  
  

5. Exchange Policy

In some cases, instead of a refund, customers may choose to exchange the product for another item of equal or higher value (with price adjustment).

6. Return Shipping Costs

• If the product was damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping.
• If the customer wants to return for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, ordered by mistake), the customer will bear return shipping charges
